How do you utilize the capabilities of artificial intelligence?
Miloš Vodrážka: For us, AI is not just a chatbot. We view it as a digital collaborator. Within the platform, we therefore create AI agents that work with data, search for information, prepare documents, or assist with analysis. We use them, for example, in contract preparation, HR, documentation creation, or financial management. Importantly, they always respect access rights, meaning they only work with what the user is authorized to see, and they require confirmation for sensitive operations.
Radek Dolejš: A major advantage is that we have AI integrated directly into the Unicorn Universe platform. It functions like a colleague who can analyze things in minutes that would take a human hours—for instance, detecting suspicious fluctuations in revenue or costs. Security is also paramount. We work with data in a controlled and secure environment, with an emphasis on access rights, auditability, and the protection of sensitive information. In our view, AI does not replace people; it elevates them. It takes over routine tasks and frees up space for work with higher added value. The ability to manage, monitor, and correctly utilize AI outputs is becoming increasingly important.
