30 Years of Experience in Information System Development
We leverage over 30 years of experience in delivering and integrating information systems. Every year, we produce dozens of information systems with a strong focus on quality — meaning their ability to be effectively used. We continuously modernize our approach and adapt it to meet your current needs and requirements.
Information Systems That Accelerate Growth and Strengthen Competitiveness
We deliver modern, large-scale information systems that meet your specific requirements and leverage proven technologies. Based on a systematic assessment of your needs and a deep understanding of your IT environment, we build solutions that are seamlessly integrated into your existing IT landscape (see Fig. 1). Our system designs follow established industry best practices. A well-designed information system must not only meet functional requirements but also ensure high standards of performance, security, supportability, and scalability for future growth.
IS Implementation Process
The development of the information system takes place in four phases:
- In the Initial Study, the project objectives are refined based on the IS Specification. We define the scope of the system and the implementation schedule.
- In the Engineering Project, a functional and technical specification for implementing the information system is created, aligned with the scope and requirements approved in the Initial Study.
- During the Implementation phase, the information system is developed based on the technical design.
- In the Transition phase, the system is brought into production.
A Component Architecture as the Foundation of Our Solutions
Product-Oriented Approach
Agile Software Development and Quality Assurance Across All Project Phases
- Agile Approach
The delivery of an information system is divided into individual phases, enabling early identification and mitigation of project risks. Each phase includes the delivery of a deployable version of the system. - Requirements Management
A systematic and efficient approach to identifying, documenting, organizing, and tracking solution requirements. - Prebuilt Components and Services
Reusable software components and services ensure faster development, cost reduction, and higher consistency across the entire solution. - Microservice Architecture
An IS architecture built on independent and replaceable services, allowing for effective control of complexity and modularity of the overall solution. - Responsive User Interface
A modern, user-friendly interface that adapts to different devices while delivering a consistent user experience. - Optimized for Cloud and Private Data Centers
Operation in both cloud and private data center environments enables high availability, flexible scalability, and efficient management of the entire solution, including automated deployment. - AI Assistant
Integrated artificial intelligence to streamline processes, automate decision-making, and process data – including prediction and recommendation capabilities. - Qualified Project Team
Experienced professionals covering all key areas – from analysis and development to operations – ensure smooth implementation and high-quality outcomes. - Continuous Quality Assurance
Ongoing verification of outputs and processes throughout the project to ensure functionality, reliability, and required performance.
