The twelfth Unicorn Elite Force gathering showcased the latest technological innovations, successful client projects and the future of software development using artificial intelligence. The programme featured talks by Gartner experts and highlighted major international achievements. Above all, however, it demonstrated that Unicorn’s success is built on talented people, their experience and long-term collaboration.
On 13 October, Unicorn held its traditional gathering of colleagues who make a significant contribution to the company’s development and success. Unicorn Elite Force provides an opportunity to share experience, present the latest technologies, products and projects, and discuss the company’s future direction together.
This year’s programme demonstrated the breadth of Unicorn’s technological expertise, the experience gained from completed projects and the results of the long-term development of its own products. A total of 28 presentations offered insights into specific client solutions, technological innovations and topics that will shape the future of software development.

Unicorn Universe and International Recognition by Gartner
One of the key topics at the gathering was the long-term development of the Unicorn Universe platform, which enables organisations to create digital twins and use them in their day-to-day operations and management.

A major achievement was the inclusion of Unicorn Universe in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for platforms for digital twins of organisations. This represents significant international recognition of the platform’s long-term technological development and Unicorn’s ability to turn experience gained from large-scale client projects into products that can be used across a range of organisations.
Gartner representatives also spoke at Unicorn Elite Force, providing context for the inclusion of Unicorn Universe in this analytical overview and discussing the importance of digital twins for the future of organisational management.
Artificial Intelligence Is Changing How Applications Are Developed
Another highlight was the introduction of the uuEasyApps concept by Unicorn founder Vladimír Kovář. The concept demonstrates how collaboration between people and artificial intelligence can fundamentally change the way enterprise applications are created.

Successful Projects and Innovation in Practice
A significant part of the programme was devoted to presentations of successful client projects and the experience gained from delivering them. These showcased solutions in energy, banking and geoinformatics, as well as projects delivered for airports and companies using landing zone cloud environments, among others.
These presentations demonstrated not only the breadth of technological expertise, but also in-depth industry and business knowledge and the ability to combine an understanding of clients’ businesses with modern technologies. This combination enables Unicorn to deliver complex solutions that support its clients’ day-to-day operations and business growth.
Another highlight was the presentation of Transparency Platform, which received an international accolade at the Industry Eagles Awards in London. This achievement provides further evidence of the ability to create innovative solutions with practical applications.
