Our Solution
The DTM Connector takes care of data replication, data matching, and data processing up to the creation of the JVF file and communication with the DMVS IS on the CTD side using the service interface, i.e., sending the JVF file and detecting the processing status on the Regions side. The data to be passed (scope, attributes, etc.) is defined in configuration files.
Data updates are automatically sent to the DMVS IS via the DTM Connector at weekly intervals.
Project’s phases:
- The implementation was divided into five main phases:
- Definition of the classes and attributes to be transmitted.
- Implementation of the DTM Connector core.
- Configuration of the replication scripts according to the defined classes and attributes, conversion of CTM numeric values to IS DMVS numeric values.
- Critical infrastructure - design of CI polygon calculation, implementation.
- UAT tests. Replication scripts have been modified several times based on the changed requirements of Counties for elements to be passed.
- Deployment for data production and submission. Due to the low readiness of the Counties, increased attention was paid to the stabilisation phase.
The implementation of the DTM Connector took half a year.

This is a proprietary solution without the use of third-party products (except for the database).
The delivery included not only the software solution of DTM Connector and its integration into the ČD-T environment, but also the delivery of the know-how needed to set up the communication between ČD-T as a mandatory provider of DTM data and the state administration represented by the DMVS IS system and its operators (ČUZK and Regions).
