What our customers ask us (FAQ)

Find answers to the most common questions about Utility Network.

How can Utility Network help us manage our distribution network more effectively?
Utility Network creates a unified digital model of the entire infrastructure, capturing the relationships between network assets and components. This enables operators to better understand network behavior, plan future development more efficiently, and respond faster to operational events.
Can we quickly assess the impact of a network outage or failure?
Yes. Utility Network enables connectivity analysis and tracing of how resources such as electricity, gas, or water flow through the network. This makes it possible to quickly identify affected areas, customers, and assets, helping organizations plan maintenance and restoration activities more effectively.
Is the solution designed only for energy utilities?
No. Utility Network supports a wide range of utility sectors, including electricity, gas, water, wastewater, and telecommunications. Organizations can therefore use a consistent approach to managing network infrastructure regardless of the industry they operate in.
Can Utility Network be integrated with other enterprise systems?
Yes. Its modern architecture supports integration with ERP systems, asset management solutions, customer information systems, and operational platforms. This helps organizations share up-to-date information across departments and improve overall process efficiency.
What are the advantages of moving to Utility Network compared to a traditional GIS?
In addition to more accurate infrastructure modeling, organizations gain advanced analytics, improved data quality, better management of network relationships, and readiness for future technologies such as digital twins, BIM, and 3D visualization. Utility Network provides a strong foundation for modern infrastructure management and long-term digital transformation.
