Delivery of IT Specialists

Team of Unicorn specialists was backbone of MetLife core system replacementa preparation phase. Unicorn team, conluded from Project manager, Business Analyst and It architect, prepared, in tight cooperation with MetLife CZ key business and IT stakeholders, RFI, and took key role inworkshops with prospective vendors.

During the RFI evaluation our specialists collated the information provided by the vendors, prepared a summary of each vendor's capabilities to serve as a basis for the RFI evaluation and prepared a transitional and target IT architecture per each vendor's solution.  While the RFP was not formally concluded, a likely vendor emerged, and several months of pre-analysis (products and processes questionnaires, onsite and online workshops, specification review) was perfomed together with the vendor, with our specialists leading the effort from MetLife side. The pre-analysis further refined the scope and cost estimate previously established by the baseline architecture, RFI, and RFP; and led to a major update (and refinement) of the transitional and target architecture of the expected solution.

In the last phase of preparatory phase, after concluding the pre-analysis, focused on compliance of the solution with MetLife's and wider industry's requirements and best practices for IT security, deployment, and connectivity; our specialists were orchestrating and collating the requirements from various MetLife EMEA level departments (IT security, infrastructure, DPO, etc.), and reviewing these with the vendor.
